Peddle & Paws is a small, locally owned professional dog-walking and pet-sitting service which operates in La Salle, Manitoba. We have been in operation since 2013 and pride ourselves not only on the care that we provide to pets, but also on the professional manner in which we conduct all business. It is important that our clients trust us and feel confident in allowing us into their homes and leaving their pets in our care. The client’s comfort is important, too!
A pet sitter is defined as someone who administers to the physical and emotional needs of the pets of another, in the pet’s home environment.
As a dog-walker/pet-sitter for Peddle & Paws, you will be required to work once or twice a week, mostly in the evenings (between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm), for between one and two hours. Sometimes you will be required to work in the afternoons (11:00 am to 6:00 pm), for between one and five hours. You may be called on last-minute to work, if you are available. You will be needed to work weekdays, as well as on weekends and holidays. All of the work is in La Salle, Manitoba.
A dog-walking/pet-sitting shift is generally one hour in length for which you will be paid minimum wage to start, plus any additional fees (call-out fees, STAT holiday fees) and tips.
